Review: Delicious ramen - I tried these on a whim. Looking for high protein low carb option with the goal of better option for diabetic. I was pleasantly surprised! The flavor is really good, has a pleasant little kick to it. The noodles are a little more chewy than regular ramen but not a deal breaker for me. I have tried the spicy beef and the “chicken” flavors. Both are good to my taste, I went in expecting something different since it’s vegan. The biggest draw for me was that it’s a low carb option but the flavor will have me coming back for more. It’s a bit on the pricier side but it seems like we have to pay more for the healthier food options. I will purchase again. Give it a try you might be surprised like I was.

I’ve bought the beef, chicken, and shrimp flavors many times . I like the taste and texture but really love the bowl when I add their veggie toppings. It comes in a large generous packet and adds tremendously to my bowl of ramen. I strongly recommend trying a package of the veggie toppings. So tasty
