My setup was basic - a common brand "can of stacking potato chips" as the mold box (cleaned & scrubbed first) then the plaster piece in the middle. I always do all my pours from 2 feet off the mold in a very thin stream. This seemed to degas by itself perfectly without any bubbles. Starting temp: 77F at 4 PM, by 8 PM it was around 69F outside. By 12AM it was 60 degrees. Humidity ~75%. Just to give an idea of atmosphere vs curing time. It cured much quicker than I thought - I could touch the mold and it was firm in around an hour with no tackiness or residue, but I let it go 8 just in case. Resulting mold is firm with perfect curing, no stickiness / inhibition whatsoever. Since it's platinum cure and my piece wasn't porous there was no mold release needed.
