Perfect for fruit tarts!
This is a nice, heavy pan perforated along its round fluted edge and removable bottom. The Sablé Breton tart base we made turned out out perfectly. I wish these also came in larger diameters and with a round smooth edge!

Amazing Tarts
Your tart bottom will not be soggy, but nice and crispy the way it should be. Your guest would love it. The best part is that it could be washed in the dishwasher. so delicious dessert and easy cleanup.

Nice
So far, so good. I would still recommend blind baking the crust before adding the filling for an extra crisp crust.
