Superb quality. When you rely so much on a piece of equipment throughout a whole project you need it to be perfect. Needed a replacement for our 10+ yr old reader. Back in business w a few new upgrades. Very easy to use. Simple and precise. Keeps or hardscape jobs coming out as good as possible.

Didn't come as described.
No batteries. No rod bracket. Amazon "support" is stupid, worthless, and a waste of time.Update- Problem rectified with a new device, as described. Works well.But.... Don't even think about a chat with Amazon "Support". Talk with a chatbot telemarketer, if you really need to waste your time.
