Review: Like Laying on a Big Soft Cloud! - Great quality mat. I bought this to do push up, sit up, and stretching at home. The mat is MUCH thicker than your typical yoga mat that is available at box stores. It is very comfortable and provide tons of cushion, yet is still easy to roll up when you are done. It comes with a nice elastic retention strap that makes storage and carrying a breeze. I will say, because it is so thick it does not roll up tightly into a small bundle, it is large. But whatever, I leave this at home in a corner when I am not using it so it isn't a big deal. If you are taking this to the gym with you it might be a bit bulky, not terrible, but it is definitely not small. I think the extra cushion is worth it though!

THIS IS THE BEST MAT I HAVE EVER HAD! It's the perfect thickness to keep you comfortable while standing on it or laying on the floor. Now, When I get on the floor to stretch, I'm no longer on the floor longer because I feel it'll hurt to get up, I'm down there now because I'm just that comfortable that I can lay there and actually be pain free! Sorry I don't have a Pic at the moment but I'll add one later if this allows me to!
