Milspec Monkey has an article detailing the difference,s the general gist is layout and pockets; the overall materials seem to be identical. **Q: Do they come in a tall size? I wear a 40 inseam, Im 6'5 and wear a 38x40, can do a 38x38** A: Dude, i'm 6'6. I normally get 42x36 and I have to cuff the hem on these and the LT 2.0's. If your 6'5 the 36 inseam should more than do it for you. I posted a pic in my review. If you're still undecided, it might help. **Q: I had several pairs of vertx pants (not sure what style). do the phantom pants fade after several washings???** A: Not particularly. Theyre still servicable after a year. **Q: Ideal for hunting/shooting?** A: Very comfortable, but fabric is not very durable.
