Because it hasn't fallen apart in the pouring rain. Be careful pulling the side bits out because they feel like they're stuck and I broke one after the second use. **Q: Where is it made** A: China. And it had a sticker on the visor that couldn't be removed without ruining the surface. They are phenomenal and the flaps that pull out pull out well and go back in just as well. I especially like the amount of area that it does cover to aid and blocking the sun or light coming in on the sides of your face or if you have issues with motion, it will stop you from seeing things moving. I do think it’s a perfect amount for the max that you can pull it out, but you don’t have to pull it out all the way, which is a nice feature as well. I also like the quality of the visor material and the appearance looks very good as it shows when you are reviewing to purchase or not. I don’t think you’ll be dissatisfied with this product.
