Backstreet Boys - Show 'em What You're Made Of

I love this documentary, I keep rewatching it, I loved the editing of it and all the personal stories told by them, the visits to their hometowns, and the creation of the album (in a world like this). All-round great documentary.

I love documentaries, but I'm also skeptical of them because they are sometimes clearly biased and trying to convince you to believe one narrative. This was not that kind of movie though. It's very raw, gets very personal and isn't trying to paint them in a good or bad light. It's just very honest. They talk about a lot of their struggles in the music industry, and even say things that I feel like other musicians try to hide. Like discussing dips in their career, things about the business side of the industry that they've struggled with, and their relationships with each other throughout the years.They also make trips to their home towns, which are honestly my favorite parts in the movie. It shows their "human" side for lack of a better way of saying that lol. It shows a lot of very real, sometimes intense, trials and circumstances that have nothing to do with celebrity. Definitely check it out if you're thinking about it. It's worth the watch.

This movie is definitely a watch for BSB Fans, though anyone can appreciate the struggles that these 5 gents have gone through. Anyone who lived through the late 90's and knew pop music will know of these guys. The days of the Boy Band battles were hard to ignore if you watched MTV, TRL, and heck even the news!It was amazing learning about their rise to fame, where they came from, their struggles with management abuse, dealing with the famous lifestyles, and how they morphed throughout the years. Every obstacle overcome made them stronger individually and as a group, and turned out band of brothers who still can belt out their ballads after 26 years! Even if they're starting to feel and show their age, they're still young at heart and just as sweet, goofy, and entertaining as ever!It's truly a great watch for fans new and old. Definitely a treat for me, a returning fan who wanted to catch up on The Backstreet Boys. Even being a classic and new generation rock fan, I will still listen to these guys all the way through their songs, new and old with a grin on my face. They've always got it going on with a harmony only they can produce, and I look forward to future endeavors.

I have been in love with these five guys for half of my life, and I have enjoyed every moment of it. They are the most beautiful, amazing artists that I have ever watched perform. This documentary is the best thing I think I have ever seen them in, because it's real and they are real in it, it's where they've been, where they're at and where they're going. It wasn't sugar coated, they were honest and it was the best hour and 42 minutes of footage that I have ever seen. The emotional roller coaster with the home visits, the excitement of the new tour and album, the honest look back at the past 20 years, and the amazing bond that they have, it all just made an incredible story. These five men have been through hell and back and they are still standing, I didn't think it was possible but I love them more, now, than I ever did before. I'm an adult now, I have my own children, but whenever I hear them or see them I am sixteen again and nothing else matters. No one else comes close! Backstreet Boys, I am extremely proud to be your fan, I love this movie and I think that there needs to be a part 2! KTBSPA forever love you A.J. Howie Kevin Brian and Nick, Always.

will get dvd soon i got it on amazon video and google play.the movie is amazing it talks about Brian's vocal struggles it talks about nick's feelings death of Kevin's father and Howies believable strength.I know it's hard for Brian to talk about his voice but I am very proud of him he still sounds amazing I know he struggles but he's the only one who can hit the high notes perfectly I still think boys is amazing even when he struggles he puts his heart on the line he sings with his heart and the strength and I wish they would have put more about Brian's heart surgery and aj drug addiction and nicks drug addiction but like they said they can't put everything in a three hour and a movie not 3 hour and a one and a half hour movie but it's all amazing cried a lot still thinkin it could have been nice to Brian about his struggles I'm proud for Brian sticking up for himself I never thought I would hear him swear but they're all real and believes in God is amazing wish they would have put about his solo album in the movie all around amazing movie

Just like this band of guys was far more than a boy band, this movie is far more than your average music documentary. You get to see their lives, struggles and a very human and real side of 5 huge public figures that most people do not get to see outside of that small group. Whether you are a fan or not it is a must see because it shows the real struggles and hardships of doing what you love and how hard you have to work to reap the rewards and then work even harder to keep them.I have been a fan for years and while I find most bands like this to be passing fads I realized very early on these boys, now men, were different. They were genuine and talented and that is why I loved them. Having turned to their music in many times of struggle in my own life I feel that this movie connects us as fans to the real people behind this music and shows why their music is so emotional and so easy to connect to.They deserve all the success they have and will continue having for years to come.
