During bright summer days you may expect to get from 0.1A to 1.25A at approx. 13v assuming a good static position. As a very rough estimate lets assume 0.5A average over 12hrs into 13v Li Battery i.e. 0.5*12*13 = 78 Whrs. Assuming a buck step down inverter from 13v to 9v is used and you are not proposing to stepping up to 240v to run a 9v mains power supply which would be less than 50% efficient you can expect a load of about 0.5A on the battery at max output at 0.6A at 9v. (85% step down efficiency). For max 9v output that's a power requirement per day of 13*0.5*24 ie 156Whrs which is twice the amount of solar power available so roughly half of dc output of 9v 0.6A ie 9v at 0.3A = 2.7W. Of course this would be during the summer as winter draws in you can expect a lot less. The battery can store about 105Whrs enough to easily provide the power over the longest nights the limiting factor is the solar energy which will some where between 15 and 195Whrs per day depending on time of year, position etc. I am a little confused by referring to output power and then asking about the inverter size. I assumed in giving the answer as 2.7W as this is max power you might take from the inverter output to run 24/7 on a bright summer day. If you meant you have a load with an input of 9v 0.6A then the answer is it will not run 24/7 most days of the year if at all. Buck inverters are rated by current handling so you need one which will handle at least 1A (may be 2A depending on start up load) and can convert 14v to 9v. **Q: is it possible to use the solar kit to connect and keep a motorcycle battery charged which is also fitted with sae lead?** A: I suppose so **Q: How to connect 8 x 120 volt pv panels in series for 24volt system ?** A: You need to rephrase your question, do you realise that connecting 8 x 120V PV panels in series will generate a dangerious voltage of 960 volts.
