While back, after I saw Garcenia Cambogia mentioned in Dr. Oz show, I bought Garcenia Cambogia, but not from purity Health Lab. It didn't work as I expected. Since then, I've tried a few other supplements. Some of them did help reduced appetite, but it gave me headaches and willies. I just wanted to lose just couple of pounds, but I still carries those hard to lose pounds that stay with me forever. It's been a while since I've tried various supplements.When I saw Purity Health Labs' Garcenia Cambogia and it said 80% hca, it does not have additional fillers, binders or artificial ingredients like you would see in most other brands, I wanted to try it go again. I like the fact that this is made in USA also.I have not lose weight yet, but it's only been 10 days since I start taking this pills.However, what I can tell you now is, it does suppress appetite and I noticed I have more energy. And the best of all, I didn't have headaches or nervousness. No side effects!Only wish I have is, if this can be made in capsules instead of tablets. This tablets are not too small and I am not very fond of taking supplement in tablets, to be honest. But I will continue to take it as long as it works.The way I feel so far, since I have been on this pills, I am pretty sure I may be able to lose weight by the time I finish the bottle. I will come back and update the results again.

Seems to be working. Not as fast as I'd like but all good things take time, lol Update, this product doesn't work as expected. I work out and watch what I eat but don't think the results I'm seeing are from the Garcinia. I lost a 125 lbs about 5 years ago using no diet pills of any kind. I just changed my diet and my lifestyle and achieved way better results. I was looking for a quick way to lose 30 lbs but, this isn't it. I just need to do the same thing I did 5 years ago just a little more diligently. It may work for some people but it's not for me.

I have used the garcinia cambogia before just a differnt brand and it did work I lost about 10ish pounds so when I was switched medicines I gained a little more than 10ish pounds so I wanted something a little stronger so I read what the company wrote and so I gave it a try, but honestly nothing I gave it two stars because how fast it shipped but that it. It did nothing for me.

I have been taking this for a few weeks now and I have definitely lost weight and inches. I have absolutely no side effects and feel more "satisfied" and do not get those horrible cravings anymore. One thing I like about Purity Health is the ebook they send you and their emails they send out to see how you are doing. However, most of my reviews on Amazon concern Blu Ray films, and photo and video gear.I have never reviewed a supplement but the company sent me this bottle to try out and review. It advertises itself as a way to speed up the metabolism and help you lose weight. At my age, losing a few pounds can never hurt. They do say that it takes awhile to get into your system and get to work which is typical of many supplements. I used to be a competitive power lifter and supplement education and their use was an important part of that regimen. However, that was some time ago and I did need to reeducate myself. To make a long story short, I had taken this supplement as directed twice a day each day. After a little more than a week I noticed that my stomach was feeling uncomfortable. Add a couple of more days to the time and I had a downright stomach ache that simply would not go away. It was almost a nauseous feeling but I never did throw up. I stopped taking the supplement and after 2 days, I am back to normal.They do advertise that this supplement will reduce your appetite. If a bad stomach ache is the solution...I think I will keep my appetite and forget the supplement.Everyone reacts differently to medicines as well as supplements...this was my reaction. Yours might be better, but based upon my experience, I cannot recommend this. I do hope that this review has been of some help.

Yep it works! Take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. I lost 2 lbs in three days. It definitely help's curb the appetite and gives you loads of energy. I actually only need one tab. Two tabs are not necessary for me. I'm not a big person but my weight is concentrated in my stomach, thighs and buttocks and I'm small busted so my clothes don't fit right. I eat right, I just couldn't get that last ten pounds off. I will let you know the results, but this stuff is encouraging. I do watch what I eat though always have. I'm pleased with your product and have actually lost a few pounds while taking it. I do still exercise an hour a day as always and I think your product may have accelerated the weight loss a bit. I have not used the e- book while taking this product. I had been on GC a while before trying your product. As always,the only true weight loss is thru taking in less calories and burning off as many as you can. It's hard work.plain and simple.

I ordered this product twice to ensure i did the full 45 day trial. After the first bottle was done i had gained 10lbs. i wrote the company who kept emailing me asking for my opinion, amazingly enough when i would email them, they never responded. My second purchase, I had gained another 5 lbs. I run at least 3 miles a day and eat very clean. I am more than disappointed and frustrated with this product because i now need to work twice as hard to loose what this product has made me gain and my self confidence is shot. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT.
