Ideal as a portable 'djing' unit
Bought this USFF pc as I need something extremely small and portable to use as a djing/mixing station, I don't plan to use it for anything else, a long as it'll run VDJ and be space saving it's good in my books. There were two random bits of plastic trim broken off and stuck inside, but easy enough to open the lid and tip them in the bin.Very happy!

Great customer service and packaging
Great service from Compuclear who were easy to contact and happy to accommodate a small customisation request. The computer arrived in very secure packaging and with all the expected accessories.

Excellent value & condition but needed a bit of additional configuration.
For the price shown, this was exceptionally good value and arrived well packaged with a ready-to-configure Windows 10 Pro installation. The seller had installed a single 8GB SODIMM leaving room to add another if required. Using the service tag, manuals and so forth were easy to download from Dell's support site. The 3020M is very compact but still has plenty of USB ports - one USB2 & one USB3 on the front and one USB3 & three USB2 on the back as well as VGA, DisplayPort and gigabit Ethernet. The 128GB SSD was a SanDisk SATA 3.1 6Gbps 2.5". There was refurb documentation with the unit and it came with an Intel Core i5-4570T 3GHz rather than the advertised i3, which was a nice bonus.I only have a couple of niggles, none of which are show stoppers. First of all the BIOS hadn't been upgraded to the most recent available from Dell and the BIOS settiings were sub-optimal with the (sadly only v1.2) TPM not enabled. More importantly neither the vertial stand nor the internal M.2-format WLAN card were present.I raised a request via the Amazon web UI to the supplier about the missing functionality which I'm working around for now and they explained that it should have come with a USB-WiFi dongle and have promised to send me one.In addition, I've purchased an M.2 NGFF wireless module (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B089R128ND) and fitted it into the M.2 slot under the 2.5" drive bay, which my the way, requires a card with an A cut-out. I also had to buy SMA-IPEX4 antenna cables and antennae (I went for https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0936XCKWX) as the PC unit is basically a Faraday cage. I'll be modding the case for these as the one I was given does not have the hole for an SMA antenna. FYI The M.2 slot supports USB2 for the Bluetooth and PCI.e 2.1 for the WiFI and could be used for other types of NGFF M.2 cards. The one I purchased was recognized by Windows and by the Home Assistant Linux (HAOS) immediately for Bluetooth & WiFi without requiring any manual intervention.
