My 6 year old had an impacted ear. It hurt and itched. I had bought a tiny ear camera tool off of Amazon and could see it was right on her tympanic membrane. No way was I going to try and get that out. I have also had a dog hair on my eardrum for months. It wasn’t budging. So I got this thing on prime day. No pain even on the highest setting and it felt kind of like a massage. Anyway, the giant ball of wax that came out of her ear after just 1.5 bottles was worth it. Then it sprayed out all of the tiny remnants and loose skin. My dog hair is also FINALLY gone. We did not need the medicine others said they used first to loosen it up. Warm water worked just fine. Best purchase ever and well worth the money. It has everything you need and clear instructions. Our ears are so incredibly clean! It got every little bit of wax out. I couldn’t be happier. Just buy it, thank me later.

I got the ear camera & saw i had impacted wax in my ear drum & i couldn’t get it out it was too hard. So i got debrox to loosen it. Used the debrox first the. Did one wash waited hours & repeated both & it’s finally gone! I still have stuffiness in my ear but I’m assuming it’s water that’s going to come out so I’m waiting for it to come out. Keeping my head tilted. It is a bit messy if you don’t hold the container right one side is higher for the ear & the other lower for the machine. Glad i got this! Will not use it too often tho because we do need ear wax!

Instruction doesn’t say do not stick it inside your ear. I did that and went deaf for eight hours. I didn’t know you’re supposed to shoot inside your ear and not stick the tube inside. So don’t stick it inside your ear, it needs to be outside and shoot inside your ear. It works great, my ear canal was clean after

I thought my hearing aids were goind bad but before i went in for a checkup I was advised to make sure there were no wax blockages so I purchased this item. i read in the reviews that it can get messy so I used it in the shower before taking a shower and it worked perfectly, producing a large glob of wax from each ear and my hearing instantly improved . use the container to catch the water and the wax so you can visibly see the results.

I love the quality of this product, is super safe and it’s not painful at all not even in the highest level. It is super easy to use and clean. The battery last at lot, I’ve used it a couple of times since I bought it and is still charge. The water doesn’t leak. Please make sure to read the instructions before use, the water has to be in a certain temperature.

I read the instructions not once not twice, but three times just to make sure it was fully charged. That was not the problem. I put the basin under my ear as instructed., I made sure the earpiece was properly put on the device as per instructed put on normal for the first time, and I put it in my right ear and turned it on, and the water went everywhere but the basin. I stopped in and managed to readjust, and nothing came out of my ear and I know that both my ears have wax build up since I have used Q-tips to clean them out very carefully,… so I decided to try the left ear, this time the device went on pause, and it’s supposed to be for only two minutes and then the device should turn on. it did not do that. I turned it off. I turned it back on, it started flashing again. I went to put it back up to my ear and then all of a sudden it started spraying water all over the place. I shut it off immediately. cleaned up the water and then I put it back to my ear with the basin underneath and turned it back on and it went on but again it started spraying water some into my ear, with a much heavier force, and I couldn’t see the buttons, so it may have gone from normal on his own up to a heavier spray very little was going into the basin, and most of it was going all over… I shut it off and I am returning it immediately. I hope I have not done any damage to my ears….. I very rarely write bad reviews, but this is not a good product, not well designed at all and the timing on this product needs to be redesign or this product should be scrapped… At this point, I am advising people not to buy it

After trying several wax removers liquid drops on my daughter I almost went to the doctor because she complained she couldn’t hear anything. I bough this little gadget hoping that it would work since i saw something similar at the doctors office some time ago. This tool worked perfectly! Started with soft mode and then switched to pulse and this massive cork looking thing came out of her ear. At first I thought it was done but then more came out and she shouted “I can hear”. Granted i read the instructions and it recommended using drops to soften which i did but drops alone had not worked before. This little tool will last a while and since it recharges i can see me keeping this handy after colds. Definitely worth the money. Easy to clean and to use.
