In this regard they are good. They look nice. In practical terms, they work, however the pan is fairly shallow and the back edge is sloped. When coupled with fairly long and springy bristles on the brush it is entirely possible to flick dirt over the back edge of the pan. It's a minor inconvenience, and you just have to be more delicate and careful.
