Gives me energy before my workout!

Tastes quite funky, but it does dissolve well unlike some others I’ve used. I use with sleep tea bag as well and it does work!

Tastes great and really works

Fed up of taking pills I thought this would be a good way to get some magnesium. This seemed to be a good product for the bioavailability of the magnesium it contains, I had some concerns about erythritol as a sweetener as I’d read that it can be bad for the heart. Unfortunately, after using the product for about 2 weeks I noticed palpitations out of nowhere, as this was the only new addition to my diet I stopped taking it just to see and have thankfully returned to normal. I’m not saying the palpitations were caused by this product for sure, nor that it would happen like this for anyone else, but it just worried me personally. I take stevia and am fine with that but then I do ensure that I buy the pure kind not mixed nor cut with erythritol, perhaps it is the amount that is used in this?The product is also not great when added to juice or water, I’m usually not too fussy with medicine tastes as I know they are good for you, but I really couldn’t really get on with this (unless I mixed it with milk in which case it tasted like a strange fruit milkshake).Despite this I would buy it again if the sweetener was changed to pure stevia as I believe it was doing me good. It is expensive though, so I’ve opted for the tablet form of magnesium instead. Not for me, sadly.

Poorly designed supplement. Will give you diarrhoea from Erythritol, diarrhoea worsens magnesium deficiency. Strange taste. Note Erythritol has been linked to other health concerns.

Great product

Ich nehme regelmäßig Magnesium zu mir .Dieses Magnesium Citrat hilft mir sehr gut, nicht zuletzt, weil es aufgelöst angenehm zu trinken ist! Für mich besser als Tabletten oder Kapseln!

On peut compléter ce produit par du glycérophosphate de magnésium pour optimiser ses apports.Ce produit contient des édulcorants (érythrol et stévia) dont il faut tenir compte pour certaines personnes sensibles aux polyols (sensibilité intestinale) et en cas de consommation d'édulcorants.On peut déplorer :- la présence d'arômes non précisés.- le manque de composition exacte des différentes formes de magnésiumPour des raisons pharmacocinétiques, il est préférable de fractionner les prises tout au long de la journée plutôt que de prendre une seule dose comme indiqué.Bon rapport qualité prix.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto perché volevo cominciare a prendere il magnesio viste le sue proprietà.Il prodotto è completo in quanto è un complesso di 6 fonti di magnesio:- Sali di magnesio dell’acido citrico;- Magnesio malato;- Sali di magnesio dell’acido orto fosforico;- Gluconato di magnesio;- Bisglicinato di magnesio;- L-Ascorbato di magnesio.Ha un delicato sapore di ribes ed è dolcificato in modo naturale con la stevia.Ero un po scettico sulla reale efficacia sul mio organismo invece devo dire che mi sono ricreduto.La prima cosa che ho notato sin dalle prime assunzioni è stata la regolarità intestinale (da me tanto ricercata).Man mano che lo assumevo mi sono accorto che il mio sonno notturno è migliorato e non ho più avuto bisogno di prendere la melatonina prima di addormentarmi.Lo assumo la sera prima di mettermi a letto, e tra l’altro è comodo da prendere in quanto basta scioglierne un misurino in un bicchiere di acqua (per farlo sciogliere bene consiglio di mettere nel bicchiere prima la polvere e poi l’acqua....si scioglierà subito).Che dire... con un solo prodotto ho avuto tanti benefici per il mio organismo quindi continuerò ad assumerlo!!Lo Consiglio!!Spero di essere stato utile.
