Do these insoles also cause that?** A: I bought the 3/4 insoles to tighten up my shoes so they would not be so loose on my feet. These insoles are thicker than most, I think, but they worked for me. They work great for toeless shoes. **Q: Do these help make the shoes fit better? My shoes a just a little too big.** A: I am not sure. I added them to a pair of mules and didn't feel a difference in fit. They are fairly thin, with just a little cushion. If they make any difference in fit, I believe it would be slight. **Q: I have brand new sandals that have a manmade foot bed & makes sucking noise.
