Actually glad it comes apart for more thorough cleaning. **Q: why am i getting week coffee no matter what i do its easyer to make hot and use ice and creamer any clue why** A: I put one full cup of ground coffee in the center. I put about half of cup in middle, fill with water half way to let grounds settle and top off with other half cup of ground coffee. Top off with water. Put in fridge overnight. Next day, nice strong coffee that I use liquid creamer and sugar syrup to taste. Comes out great! **Q: I can not get the little lid off. Doesn't turn??** A: Trying pushing down and turning, it might have Caught on track. Patience.
