Ok, I have 0 idea if this product is working but something is working. Either it’s both together or one (thyroid complex or the forskolin) I’m also taking a thyroid complex supplement and biotin supplement also from Amazon. I take 3 pills of forskolin regardless if I’ve eaten and 2 of thyroid complex. In the first 7 days, I changed nothing about my diet or exercise, I lost 7 lbs in 7 days.After the first 7 days, I hit a plateau. My appetite was slightly suppressed in the first 7 days but as of the past 2 days, I have had 0 drive to eat (kind of makes me feel crummy because I would like to eat, I try to eat and it does not satisfy me) I have not eaten at all today, I have lost another two lbs. I have 0 cravings, I cannot really eat as nothing tastes good? Like it tastes good but doesn’t? So I’ll take two bites and get disgusted/0 drive? I have also been experiencing a mild to moderate discomfort in my stomach when drinking water. My stomach feels full of water and it’s making me nauseous. Im unsure I will continue. I will update in a week or two’s time if they allow this post to go up.Okay hi- update. I literally almost died. Took my first one today - I hope they work! Will edit this review in a month or so.Edit: Week 3:These are magic. I won't say I have tried everything to lose weight because, to be honest, I'm very bad at it. Diets, working out, and controlling my appetite/portions has never been easy. These pills (paired with raspberry ketones, which never really helped much on their own) suppress my appetite and keep me feeling full longer. I rarely have cravings, and I actually stop myself halfway through a meal to say, "Hmm.. you know what, I'm not hungry anymore, so I'm going to put this away." I have always had eating problems, and these help so much.I'm unsure how they would work without the pairing of the raspberry ketones, but I do notice a big difference from when I would take the ketones alone. I just bought my second bottle of these. After trying incredibly hard through a very stressful few months to control my eating and lose weight, after 3 weeks of taking these, I've dropped 7lbs. Granted, this past week was Easter weekend, which means lots of candy has been in my house! I can eat what I want without the anxiety of overeating the rest of the day. Another user said that it helps control the anxiety of what you're going to be eating all the time, and wanting to be eating all the time, which I've struggled with as well. I really hope these symptoms keep up!I wanted to add that these do have slight side effects for me that don't quite bother me personally. I don't eat breakfast, and taking them on an empty stomach does seem to upset it slightly for about 20-30 minutes. It's nothing I can't handle. I also believe these must be what are keeping me a bit happier day to day, aka the serotonin boost it claims to give. Through all of the stress, it's definitely helpful!Try these, guys! Update: I thought it would a natural supplement to keep my metabolism balanced, I have a healthy diet and I exercise daily. Arter started taking this capsules on the 2nd day at night I got a ugly headache and blurry vision and by the 5th day it would not cease. So I made some research I wish I had made before, and found out that it lowers eyeballs blood pressure and arterial blood pressure and that it is used to treat glaucoma for high eyeball pressure. So I suspended them. Be careful.

This product seems like good, solid stuff. I appreciate the fact that the company offers veggie caps. Their Forskolin seems to curb my appetite, which is for what I purchased it. It helps to add other products to this, to really curb it, but this appears to be the real deal. I don't have any side affects whatsoever. The absolute, ONLY downfall, is that by late afternoon, the effect seems to have worn off, and I feel hunger kicking in, but I think all of my supplements wear off at that point. Just have to use old fashioned "will power" at that point, as I don't want to have to take more product in early evening, only to have it potentially keep me awake later. ~ I've continued to be a customer of the Vitamin Bounty brand; it is only now, after several purchases, that I happen to be writing this review. ~ Happy customer :)
