I wondered about this. Ordered it just to see if the reviews were right. Spot on! The intoxicating fragrance of this essence adds a subtle but enticing scent to cookies, cake, even french toast. Just a bit goes a long way. It has made my baking reputation rise like good bread dough.

This is a great product. I use it primarily in the various pound cakes I make. It works well with the cream cheese versions, the sour cream versions, and the heavy cream versions. It has a fresh citrus smell. I recently bought another brand but it was a mistake. I'll be going back to this brand.

Amazingly delicious. Steep price but the bottle should last a long time because it only takes a small amount for big flavor.
