Can I leave this connected for long period of time?** A: I’m not sure about the heat as I unplugged mine when I wasn’t using it. After about 8-10 months the wiring did start to make the lights glitch and within the year they no longer worked at all. **Q: I just received the product but some of the backgrounds are dirty. should I return it back to amazon?** A: I would,may have been used. **Q: Is this big enough for a pair of shoes?** A: Depends on the size.
