It also attaches so ridiculously easy compared to other bands in the past, I can’t believe every band isn’t like this. The only thing that’s a little bit annoying is that it can be very easy to loosen the bands, but to tighten it you have to take it off and manually tighten the other way. But again, because it’s so nice and elastic, taking it off is a breeze. I’ve had two bands for about 8 months and workout very frequently. At this point they’re starting to smell. Even if I put them in the wash, the smell returns after a few workouts.
