With the Stop Bite he's back to hiding in ridiculous corners and crevasses that he couldn't before and has a lot more mobility. He did take a day or two to find out a good position to sleep in, as it is not totally comfortable to sleep in. But he's used to it now and over all much happier. I'm so glad!! I really hoped this collar would work. At first it seemed to. But it seems she was able to reach herself enough to lick just a little lower than she was before. In order to work it has to be so tight that she is miserable. So back to the over sized cone of shame she has been wearing for quite some time now. The cone is awkward but not as uncomfortable as she seems to be in this collar. He can get any E-collar off no matter how tight it is so I thought the buckle around his chest was a great idea. Unfortunately the buckle sits right on his shoulder blade and caused him pain. He can eat and function with just the collar on although he is not happy (what cat is with an E-collar) but once that buckle is on he starts trying to bite me. I bought an extra small I think any bigger would have been to high around his neck. He is a 11 pound shorthair. If that buckle was lower near his stomach I think it would have been a great idea. I still don't think I want to discourage anyone to try it.
