Our TSM Meat Grinder Plate and Knife Sharpening System includes two ceramic sharpening stones appropriately sized for sharpening both your meat grinder knife and the grinding plates. We’ve used on the finest abrasives for this patent pending product and are sure that you’ll be thrilled with the results. Getting started is simple! Just replace either the grinding plate or knife in your electric or manual meat grinder and using the locknut to create friction you can sharpen the corresponding piece with ease! **Q: Does this work on a size 5 blade?**
A: My answer is I don't know. My experience is I do not use the blade grinders I have. Save your money and buy 240 grid wet dry sandpaper and Rob your blade in circular motion and you will get the same results. My blades are very sharp.

**Q: Will these work in an STK meat grinder?**
A: Don’t waste your money, it’s garbage, it broke within few seconds.

**Q: Can you use jus the fine grinding/sharpening wheel to complete the sharpening?**
A: Assuming you don’t have serious dings on your blades yes the fine stones work great. They don’t really come with instructions but I recommend soaking the stones in water for 10 minutes before using each time.
