I bought this for my 9yr old and he loves it. Adults ride it all the time and love it. It works amazing. I also needed a replacement remote and the service was same day when emailing. Fast response times!!

I purchased this board for my teenage son. He loves it...and to be honest, so do I. When he is not riding it, I am. But the reason I wanted to write this review is because of the superior customer service. One day while my son was riding the board, he dropped the controller and shattered it. I reached out to customer service through the website and asked which replacement I needed to purchase. They did one better. They offered to send the replacement to get my son up and skating again.Thank you.

If I could give this product zero stars I would!My son bought this to get to and from work because he works close to home and within two weeks it stopped working. They said it was a defective battery sent him a new battery and it didn't work so they sent him a whole new board and within 30 days it happened again (stopped working).It is not a good value for your money. My son said it had a smooth ride while it was working. He said it was fairly easy to use, beginner friendly and the overall design of the board was okay but the product just fell short. Now it sits in my garage in the box it came in because if the battery doesn't work the wheels won't move so you can't use it even as a normal skateboard. What a waste of $300+!! Buyer beware!! SMH

The media could not be loaded. This is an e-long board that really does it all. My girl was ecstatic when she saw this arrive at the doorstep. She is a novice skateboarder and we were in a dilemma over whether to get this or the e longboard that goes slower at 12 miles per hour. I can now pat myself on the back for choosing this one. Cause it’s steady and accommodating for beginners but also packs a punch for those who need the adrenaline rush that this 20mph board offers. Once she got on, she never slipped. In just a few runs around the parking lot, she started walking on the plank while riding. It was really intuitive for her. Handling of the controls came second nature. After she got off the board, her older bro took it for a spin. He’s been skating for over 6 yrs and his eyes just popped when he pushed this board to the max. He has a smaller e skateboard of his own but is now bargaining with his sis to allow him to ride this one to school. A great thing about this longboard is that the battery pack does not take up the bottom center of the board. So you can easily fit the bottom center into the standard racks offered at skateboard friendly sites. Seeing how my kids take up every opportunity to ride this, this has become a wise investment with a lot of returns in excitement and joy bursting from their youthful hearts.

Looks cool and nice concept, but not perfect. People are right about the braking… don’t trust it. And it cannot do even slightly substantial uphill on pavement. Not great on pavement that is the least bit rocky either. The remote works well and the board is solid. Only one wheel turns automatically (by design) though so that affects performance and the uphill too. It was not quite the hit I expected it to be Christmas morning. Maybe better for a college short distance commuter than an active 13 year old skater. Haven’t fully tested its distance endurance yet.

Honestly the board is pretty great. It is one wheel driven but it's not that bad. Kinda iffy for unsmooth roads but it's not really a big deal, my main problem if I had to give one is it recently started accelerating on it's own sometimes and I have very little clues as to why, maybe the controller? Idk if it maybe has a cruise control I accidentally setup or if it's just a defect? Anyways I've had the board for about 8 months, I use it regularly to go to work and back 4 times a week and it's been great until just about a week ago when it started driving itself, as soon as I turn it on then turn the remote on it just wants to take off...

I absolutely love this product bought it a couple months ago it still runs just perfect the controller has a little problem we had to buy a new one because it ended up getting wet so I don't recommend getting it around water it'll end up frying the memory board on the inside of the remote but other than that the board runs great the batteries are starting to get a little older but I run it every day so 9 out of 10 definitely 9 out of 10

I had this board for almost 6 months now and its been awesome! Had some technical difficulties recently, but my guy Kyle in customer service was amazing help. Not only did he give me different options to resolve my issue, he also assured me I’m in good hands and put my mind at ease. The graffiti on the board is so dope! Highly recommend for skaters who want to ride faster without having to be all sweaty and out of breath at the end of a ride. 🙌🏽👌🏽
