I didn't give it five stars because you can't clean the nozzles while hot without burning your hand since this doesn't open up that wide and once the device cools the debris left will harden making it harder to clean. The hair actually does stick to some fabrics. Some of the ends came out a bit pointer than others which is why this occurred. You can simply just cut down the ends a bit with a shears. From time to time the hair occasionally stock to one another but be mindful that I did my hair in a short bob so that could of been the reason for that. Otherwise it sticks the ends together perfectly and is honestly easier, more convenient and time saving with absolutely no worries about burning ur fingers trying to rub the ends together. But...this product makes my ends crispy and makes my twists/braids stick together, leaving a fresh style frizzy two days after you've just spent several hours putting them in!
