A whole mess
They do the job but they’re cheaply made. Our vertically challenged clients have a hard time actually reaching the bowl. I have to put full grown adults on a booster so their head reaches the bowl. If you’re 5’6 or taller, you’re good. The plumber ran into a few problems and had to change out a few pieces of harware. Some of the hardware wasn’t even in the box. They look nice but I wouldn’t ever purchase these again. Honestly wish I had sent them back.

Industry Standard chairs...nice
I have assembled many different types of Salon Chairs over the years and I would classify the quality of these as standard. The hydralic cylinders are the same that are in many of these chairs and bases and recling levers have smooth action and seem to work well.

Take a few deep breaths before beginning assembly
My wife recently started a home salon. After much time traveling to clients we decided to offer the service from home too. Comparatively speaking the price for this unit and the price of other units is wonderful. The upholstery is well done and the chair itself is solid. The unfortunate aspect to this particular unit is the arm rest are a hard plastic and the corner on ours was chipped. The case to cover the pump mechanism is also a hard plastic and is not adequately designed. I had to make a small slice to get it past a small piece of metal sticking off of the pump. The bolt that attaches the back of the chair the seat was painstakingly difficult to remove. Once I greased it and pounded it out with a hammer I was able to then reattach it to back rest. The foot pump takes a bit of effort to use but... it works. The instructions need to be much more detailed, this was a picture on the box kind of project. Overall I give it 3 stars out of 5

Overall I think it was a good purchase
Overall, it's a fairly comfortable chair. I have a client with Vertigo and can't lean her head back, so it's great for her, although I still get her back wet. It is not easy to put together, in fact, when we got it in we had to go online to get better directions on how to put it together, The one that come with it are difficult to understand and not complete. It took us several hours put it together. The leg rest does not come up all the way. In the plumber said it was rather difficult as well.

It’s been years and me and this chair haven’t had an issue yet
The media could not be loaded. I must say the share is made very well and heavy duty pumps up the largest I love it will definitely order again

Decent finished product with a ton of issues in its plumbing and construction.
Now that it is fully installed and not leaking I can comment on the finish, the faux leather looks nice, the tilting bowl makes it comfortable for a variety of differently sized people. However, for the price, some of the sink hardware looks cheap. Now for the bad stuff:I’ve assemble and built many different things, but this was just bad. The studs are all the same size, likely for ease of packaging, but they would work better if some were shorter so a deep well socket can fit on them better. There are other places where the studs are actually too short and, if you want to use them, the chair support piece underneath needs to be cut out so that the threads stick out far enough to get the nuts on. It only gets worse from there. None of the leather is cut for the studs to fit through, so everything needs to be carefully hand cut. Once the chair itself is assembled, it’s on to the sink and a new set of challenges: the drain comes with two rubber gaskets to quickly seal it to the sink…..and they leak. Unfortunately I discovered it after everything was put together and it required some disassembly so I could take it apart and use plumbers putty to seal it. Everything else seemed to be leak free except the shower head leaked and needed a custom rubber gasket to fix. Everyone’s plumbing situation to connect to the chair will be different, but I could not find a fitting that would attach to the flat washers on the supply lines without leaking. These supply lines cannot be swapped with better lines that have better cone shaped washers (like most supply lines have) so it took several custom rubber washers build up, and Teflon tape to get it together well enough to not leak on the supply line. Luckily I installed it rather than paying a plumber…but my time has value also and this chair is simply not worth it. Spend a little more to get a better chair and save yourself the headache.

Waste of money
The most frustrating chair to date that I’ve had. First let me state that I own 2 salons and have put together at least 20 different styling chairs over the years. This chair was of poor quality. Some of the parts were defective(base cover, tilt pump and handle) which caused me to use additional tools/hardware to put the chair together. Even after getting passed that once the chair was together it wouldn’t “tilt”. Realized the pump was leaking oil. The tilt feature was the point of me buying the chair so I’m disappointed because unless you use force or 2 people the chair won’t tilt and the handle keeps falling off since it’s connected to the pump that won’t work.
