Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles. 3. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. 4. Brush gently in a circular motion. 5. Brush the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of all teeth. 6. Brush the tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Rinse the toothbrush thoroughly after use. A beautiful looking toothbrush - not that aesthetics are the most important thing for a toothbrush! It's clearly better quality than your run of the mill supermarket toothbrush. It is very soft. That's ideal for me as I've scrubbed away some dentine from brushing too vigorously. I was having to brush gingerly for fear of causing more damage. With this brush I can brush normally again.
