Of course, when I fall in love with a shampoo and conditioner, it is no longer available in stores! I have tried ALL the different Gliss formulations, and I liked every single one. However, this one works best for my baby fine hair and the extreme temperature conditions my hair is exposed to. It also helps keep my scalp from drying out too much in the extreme cold. This formulation gives great moisture without weighing my hair down. I use this with the matching conditioner and hair oil - IF it is available. It is gentle enough for daily use.One thing I will add... when I was extremely ill, it kept my hair from showing the rigors of being sick. This is a great product - do try this. If you need more "power" for hair repair, then try the other options. This is a great line - you just need to take time to find the one best for you.

For a long time I have been searching for a shampoo that makes my curls look moist and shiny. Most shampoos usually dried my hair up and my curls would not sit in place. I have been using this shampoo for a long time in Germany, but could not find it in the U.S., until I found it on Amazon. This shampoo gives moisture to your hair and scalp, while providing shininess and softness. I defintely recommend this shampoo to anyone that is dealing with dry hair and dry scalp. Especially during the winter days this shampoo is a life saver!

This was a wonderful product line while it lasted and it was easy to find in department stores and drugstores. Unfortunately, the company has stopped manufacturing this product as well as the rest of the gliss shampoo/conditioner. This particular formula isn’t my favorite but since the one I really wanted wasn’t available anywhere I thought I’d try this as last resort. Product May take time to yield results.

Apparently very good for very thick hair that splits. My daughter is 11 and we have been working on something for her for about 4 or 5 years. Makes her hair very manageable which is AMAZING!!! Worth 7.00 a bottle and I'd NEVER pay that for shampoo before this order

My daughter has very long hair and is prone to split ends. She just had her hair trimmed recently, so she got rid of those split ends, but she was very excited to try this shampoo in hopes of preventing future ones. I have shoulder length hair and thought I would give it a try, too. The first thing I noticed is that it has a mild, scent. It's hard to describe what it smells like, but it's not a strong, perfumey scent nor is it fruity. It has a decent lather - not too little or too much. It rinses cleanly and hair manageable. I can easily run my fingers through my hair after it has dried. As far as softness goes, it's soft enough. I've had some shampoos leave behind much softer hair, but this is still pretty good. This comes with 3 full size bottles so it should last a while. Overall, it's a good shampoo.

Like anything that is actually a great product, they have dropped this line from production. I received some ridiculous email from the 'new' manufacturer about the market driving products. I looked on their website and can't imagine some of the crap they were selling being more popular than a proven, long time amazing shampoo.

This product is best used with the conditioner that complements it. The product description suggests it, and I have found it to be true of other brands as well.Might as well have your shampoo and conditioner working off the same page.I noticed immediately that the shampoo doesn't suds up as well as I would like. I always lather/rinse/repeat but with this brand it was a necessity.Using more of the product did help in this regard.Although the shampoo does seem to rinse clean, I noticed that my long hair looks more weighed dow, flatter, after using it.This may be due in part to the conditioner, though I use very little of that.My hair is soft and feels clean, however, so the "weightiness" must be a side effect of what repairs the split ends. I had a recent cut, so at this point, my split ends are few and my hope was that this shampoo would keep them at bay.My hair is fine and somewhat thin, so the fact that the shampoo weighs it down makes this product a non-starter for me.If you have thicker, fuller hair to begin with, you may find this variety of Gliss shampoo to be ideal as a restorative treatment, a task at which it seems to do well.
