Needed a strap for my kids youth kayak paddle. Chose this one because it was not too long. It works great and does not bother her when she paddles. It looks like it is made well and will hold up nicely.

Having recently bought kayaks but having been in them for years, I knew I wanted paddle leash just in case. I bought this and a different kind, a little less expensive, for my wife due to the color.This is much better as it includes a clip on both ends, meaning that I can unclip this from either my kayak or the paddle. My wife's only unclips from the kayak. So when we wanted to try each other's paddles, we had to change the entire leash over, not just the paddle. Did I mention they're different colors? Not a big deal but I clashed for the rest of the outing and had to struggle to reach her clip to make the swap.Had I bought her the same type the swap would have been simpler and safer as I could have just swapped at the paddle.
