I have very big quads and don’t want to return if they’re too small.** A: They are definitely long enough. The strap (without stretching it) is about 48" long. **Q: How do you wrap the bands around your legs?** A: The bands have snap locks, figure out the length you need, put them around your leg and snap them shut. You have to adjust them to fit and you, depending on the size of your legs will likely have to cut off the excess band. Make sure of the fit before doing that. Just like any belt, there is a right side and wrong side, and like any belt, you don't want to cut it too short. **Q: They are so long what am I suppose to do with the excess can I cut them?** A: yes, I did, but be very sure about how much you need. I measured my legs to be sure. Keep enough to be able to tighten because you may want to do that or you may want to loosen them. Also, be aware of where they should be properly placed, **Q: Are these recommended if you are just trying to lose excess fat on arms and legs (from losing weight)?** A: Not really, that's not their purpose. they are restriction bands, not resistance, or "spot treatment" answers, which means they reduce the blood flow to the area, you use lighter loads, shorter reps. and short restricted time frames It makes it easier to build that muscle. I find it makes the load on the joint easier. you just lost all that weight I suggest you consult with your doctor about what is safe for you to do. and that you watch a video about the use of restriction training. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars Eh...not so much. *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 19, 2017* Very long and a little flimsy for my taste. I've been using a pair of Titan Titanium knee wraps up to this point and was expecting the kind of tension I got out of those. Was hoping to get something a little easier to adjust and with a better "fit"...meaning not as much left over material. As you can see from the attached pic these are almost as long as the knee wraps, meaning lots of left over material that gets in the way.Additionally, the buckle is somewhat difficult to pull tight. I'm assuming that the idea is to adjust the loop length (using the buckle) so you can get it around your arm with one hand and to then pull the slack out.
