How long will it last me without smudging?** A: It smudges. I have a little bit of oily skin and as soon as you touch it, right off it comes. No matter how long you wear it. **Q: it says its waterproof, does it stay put on the waterline?** A: I don't use the eyeliner consistently on the waterline, but when I have it does not stay put for very long. But, I also have an issue with watery eyes...so it may work well for you. **Q: Does it wash off easily??** A: Yes it does. I use Aveeno face wash & it washes off nicely! Blessings! **Q: How does the self-sharpening feature work? Do I have to do something special? My pencil tip is flat now and difficult to use.** A: They really shouldn't call it self sharpening. I wont use anything else. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Staple for my eyeliner !NOT WATERPROOF! *by on Reviewed in the United States May 26, 2026* Really easy application, has a good amount of product in it as well which makes it worth the money. Ive been using this for a few years now and the color has always been really really pigmented which is amazing. The precision of it mightt be a bit clunky sometimes as since its not a pencil, you can’t really sharpen it. But since I use it as eyeliner, i usually apply a little line of the eyeliner, then use my brush to adjust the shape to how I would like. I also know it says waterproof but I can 100% tell you it’s not. I usually bought it in store not on amazon so I never actually knew it was supposed to be waterproof. It definitely fades or smudges with moisture. I use this on my waterline, and as eyeliner. In the picture I put it doesn’t look very dark, but thats because I put very little. It can 100% get darker but I personally don’t like using that much all the time. So if you’re interested in a basic, pigmented, easy to use mechanical makeup pencil this is for you but if you clicked on it with the intentions of getting a waterproof one I would advise you to look elsewhere. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love this *by on Reviewed in the United States July 24, 2026* This is my staple eyeliner.
