Made L&D more comfortable
This was a great choice, comfortable and functional for wearing during labor and delivery. Nobody wants to wear the scratchy hospital provided gowns that are one size all (but not really). This fit well and the features were very helpful for coverage, movement, getting the epidural, and delivery. I even received multiple compliments from the staff on how nice it looked. Highly recommend.

Runs large!
Agree with other reviews! Runs large! I’m 5’3” and 135 lbs before pregnancy, usually order L due to bust size but chose the S/M and glad I did. There’s definitely room to grow and I would have been swimming in the L/XL. Comfortable for sleeping and lounging

2 day labor approved
I thought this was a little too expensive (especially because I bought two). However, I had a very long labor and I'm very glad I had this!! I had to wear a hospital gown for the c-section, and that was far inferior. This is comfy and accomodates all sorts of monitors and epidural. I would recommend!

Amazing dress for labor and delivery
I got so many compliments from the nurses and midwives on this dress. It was comfortable, had all the right openings including the full snap back the aesthetician needed to do my epidural. It was comfortable and I felt covered the entire time wearing this verses the exposure you can feel in a hospital gown.

Best purchase made
This was the best purchase I made as far as hospital stay. I wore the gown backwards with snaps in front and it made for easy access for baby, and the tank style made it so I was never too hot and no iv issues. Still wearing to sleep in at home.

Wish They Had Smaller Sizes
If you are petite like me, you will be swimming in it. I'm 30 weeks pregnant (high risk) and bought this to prepare my bag (just in case). My EXACT measurement right now is 36in under bust, waist is 36in as well (small belly), and hip 40in. I am a B cup. I'm 5'2 and weigh 135 lbs right now.I just put the small/medium dress on and I am swimming in it. It's heavy and it feels like good material (smells horrible, like chemicals). I think I'll wash it and hopefully, it feels tighter at the top (it's loose on me). Wish they had X-small - small. But I still rather wear this than the hospital gown. Be aware though if you are any smaller than me, it'll probably fit you super loose.

Great hospital gown alternative
I really liked this gown. Great alternative to the scratchy open back hospital gowns. I was worried about skin to skin, but it worked perfectly.I'm 5'2, wear 38DD, weighed 180lbs and I got a S/M.Im only giving 4 stars for a few reasons- 1.) the S/M is still pretty big. I tried the M/L and it swallowed me. 2.) It could be softer. It's definitely better than hospital gowns, but it's not super soft. It does soften a little after the wash. I would definitely recommend 2 if you deliver n this it does get messy but it washes out.

Definitely glad I had this for delivery
I knew I wanted my own delivery gown (let's face it, hospital gowns are awkward, stiff, and way too lose) but the options are a little overwhelming. I finally chose this one, though since I looked at so many and read lots of reviews, I can't remember exactly why I chose this one over others. Probably a combination of good reviews, a decent price, and cute patterns.Cons:- not as soft as I expected, it's a little rough but definitely better than the hospital ones. Just not soft enough for me to want to wear much at home- the draw strings in the front are way too long, they get caught when I sit down, bend over, or when I am holding baby- there's one button on the backside that just won't stay buttoned. Not sure if this is a size issue or just a particular clasp that maybe is messed upPros:- Super cute patterns- easily accessible for epidural, being checked by nurses/doctors, and breast feeding- as already mentioned, way better than the hospital gown. It fits better and is more comfortableI had a c section because baby was breech and wouldn't turn. So I had no choice but to wear the hospital gown for surgery (which also means I didn't have a messy labor/delivery in the gown so mine stayed nice and clean). I was sore and out of sorts the first night so I didn't change into this gown right away. But I fidgeted and pulled at the hospital one all night long, uncomfortable with how it kept falling off my shoulders, would get tangled between my legs, and was rough on my bare skin. I changed into my gown the next day and was immediately more comfortable and was able to sleep better. I got multiple compliments from the hospital staff on my gown, saying that it was cute and one of the more practical ones they have seen (easy for then to check you and take vitals).I had a few people, including the doctor before delivery and a friend who had a baby a couple months before me, that a delivery gown is unnecessary and I probably wouldn't use it (they both had one with them for their deliveries and didn't use them) but for me, it was totally worth it and I'm so glad I bought it and was able to change into it. It definitely made the rest of my hospital stay and recovery more comfortable. And anything that adds to your comfort after having a baby is definitely worth it in my opinion!
