When you put in a glass of water it sits at the top but if you stir about 30 seconds let it sit and re-stir it mixes very well along with dissolving. Have no lumps whatsoever which normally happens with protein drinks. Vanilla flavor pretty much non-existing. Pretty pricey for what you get.
