Contrary to what a vegan would tell you gelatin is not "cow junk". Gelatin itself is proven to be excellent for hair, skin, nail, and joint health, though the amount you're getting from the capsule is negligible. After trying for 4 years, we had started the process of IVF which lead me to start a new supplement routine. I started RJ, COQ10, a fruit and veggie supplement and DHA on top of what I had been taking for years. I started taking all of those in late August, and come Jan I am pregnant. Naturally!!
