And the ice-bag comes with a special bag to put it into when you put it in the freezer so your food isn't contaminated in any way. The only thing it doesn't do is ice the outer back part of the ankle - but I find I can wriggle the thing round so it does, when I'm sitting down. Otherwise its really comfy to wear when walking about.

A: There is plenty of cold in them (!?) but they should only be worn for 20 minutes every 2 hours

Not only is this product really good value for money, it is also well-designed and the fabric is lovely and soft, easy to wear over healing surgery scars. The only thing it doesn't do is ice the outer back part of the ankle - but I find I can wriggle the thing round so it does, when I'm sitting down. Otherwise its really comfy to wear when walking about.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product but not much use for my type of injury

It is a good product, however, for my type of injury (Weber B fracture) the ice pack doesn’t go far enough around the injured area. Most of my soft tissue damage is around and below the ankle. The ice pack in this product sits mainly above this area.
