My husband ended up putting a 2nd tier on his track. **Q: does this thing include a terminal track or power pack?** A: No, it does not include a transformer. But, it is a really nice, easy to setup, over-under layout. If you need a transformer, would suggest purchasing a Bachmann EZ track train set; which includes the transformer, locomotive, rolling stock and track.
