I appreciate the swan garden hose I have now from an other store which is very flexible and it's non kickable, If well taken care of it will last a long time. The hose I purchased of a seller from amazon, That I didn't realize the stiffness of the hose till I got it home and it was not what I wanted. So it goes to show that it better to see a product in a store than on line so that you know what you are getting for the buck before you buy!
