If I could give an award, I'd do it for this product, easy to install, and works perfectly right out of the box, all at a reasonable price.The first time my computer has so much speed.

After five-minute install, rebooted Windows 11 PC with Ethernet cable connected to this card, which immediately recognized the RealTek chip and installed the related drivers. Ran a speed test on fiber. Got 2.5G up and down. Couldn't be more pleased!

Loving its performance as well the company has NEW drivers, unlike other brands that never do driver updates. The construction and quality is beautiful. Will be buying another soon for my Encoder PC. RealTEK you always amaze! <3

It's nice to have faster transfer speeds than 1Gbps. Now, this is for internal file transfers and other things like watching movies and shows from a NAS. To take advantage of faster internet speeds as well you would need 2.5 Gbps internet along with a 2.5 Gbps router/gateway and switch if you have many wired devices.The pics above will give you an idea of just how fast your network transfers could be. I've been using this on my primary desktop for almost a month now with 0 issues. It negotiated up to 2.5Gbps automatically, and I haven't had any drops or disconnects. The only thing I don't like about it are the LEDs. Its a nice green, but man are they bright. I don't really mind it being bright on the outside of the case, but the LEDs are mounted flush on the board, and end up illuminating the whole interior of my case. Since I have a see-through side on my case, it was constantly distracting me. I ended up just covering most of the light with some electrical tape. If you are in the same situation I would recommend covering them before installing the card. I found that if I covered them completely except right up to the plate you can still see the lights from the outside, but shouldn't be flooded with light inside the case (see pictures). Aside from the light issue, I can definitely recommend this card, especially for the price.

Like most of the PCIe cards, this SNZIYAG is easy to install in pretty much any PCIe slot. This review is for the SNZIIYAG 2.5 Gbps PCIe Ethernet adapter. It comes with a normal and low profile bracket, a screwdriver to swap them out, and two screws to attach to a case. Unfortunately what I got did not match the pictures, the low profile bracket is just a shorter version and will not fit in my low profile OEM cases. The picture I provide shows it (in the back) lined up with several other low profile cards I have.Now for the good. It is based on the Realtech 8125 chip set, which was recognized with no drivers needed in Windows 10 and Debian Linux with 5.16 kernel. I ran a test between this card in another computer with a MSI motherboard I have with a 2.5 Gbps Ethernet and a 100ft Cat 5E cable. The link showed 2.5Gbps, and I transferred a large file over SMB (Windows network file sharing) at 284 MB/s. That equates to around 2.272 Gbps of file transfer, with some overhead from SMB. The packaging was nice, they had a small cover over the PCIe connectors which you have to remove before putting in a computer.From other reviewers pictures it looks like they got the same low profile bracket as me. Maybe they didn’t notice. Because of the issues with the low profile bracket I cannot recommend this card for anyone putting it in a Dell or HP SFF computer. If you are using a case that uses the full height adapter then there is no problems and I would recommend it for that.

Both the full size and the short brackets were manufactured incorrectly with the case mounting screw on the wrong side, so it won't work if you have another adapter card in the PCIe slot next to this adapter, as they are both going to try to use the same screw. Did not test the adapter because of this.

Installed this with little effort. This even comes with a small screw driver and screws. lol Not a big deal but sometimes the details are what impress me too. Did extensive speed testing and this card is amazing for our new 1.5G fiber network. Everything is so fast now. Gotta love it!

Me funciono perfecto en mi Windows 10 con una plataforma intel de 8va gen, pero no en mi TrueNAS en un HP Z220 con intel de 3ra gen que era para lo que lo quería. Es la razón por la que la devolveré.Sin embargo como dije, en mi PC funcionó perfecto y sin instalar nada extraño. Adjunto una foto donde la probé conectada a mi NAS con NIC 10G con una unidad ISCSI SSD SATAIII.La tarjeta tiene un PCB super sencillo y hasta bonita se ve con su bracket en negro, tiene su bracket low profile, desarmador y 2 tornillo adicionales así como un manualito en ingles y a color para la instalación física y la descarga de drivers directo del sitio de Realtek.Si la considero una buena NIC pero dado que no la hice funcionar en mi TrueNAS, no me sirve y tendré que devolverla :(

Neben der LAN-Karte mit rotem PCB befindet sich noch eine kurze Anleitung sowie ein Low-Profile-Bracket samt Schraubendreher mit im Karton.Auf der Netzwerkkarte ist der bewährte Realtek RTL8125B Chipsatz verbaut. Dies führt zum einen zu einer unter Windows 10/11 einfachen Treiberinstallation und zum anderen zu einem zuverlässigen Betrieb mit den beworbenen, hohen Übertragungsraten im 2,5G Bereich, ist jedoch auch abwärtskompatibel. Auch der Einbau geht bei ein wenig PC-Erfahrung leicht von der Hand.So erhält man hier für rund 30 Euro eine hervorragende Möglichkeit, auch etwas ältere Computer mit der SNZIYAG 2,5G LAN Karte aufzurüsten. Da die Netzwerkkarte gut verarbeitet ist und zum fairen Preis mit Realtek-Chipsatz eine sehr gute Leistung bietet, vergebe ich die vollen fünf Sterne!
