I am currently going through PMS as I write this. I have the most painful cramps ever. I purchased various products hoping for a miracle. Nothing really works. I was hoping this one would. It helped after applying it repeatedly. It helps you relax and reduces the cramps mainly. It doesn't really cure the gut wrenching pain of menstruation. However, the more you apply the more helpful it becomes. I wouldn't use this product solely as a solution. It's more useful taking pain medication with it. It wasn't instant. It took about 30 minutes of massaging and I've sprayed about 3 or 4 different times to achieve a reduction in pain. It's still a good product. It's been about 3 hours and the sharp pain hasn't come back yet. I'd buy again.

So far so good/ first time I put it on I had a deep sleep and dreamt hard.It does get sticky- I get crazy migraines before and after my period so I thought this would help. I feel like it kinda did dull my pain a little and the throbbing but in he end I had to resort to excedrine :(I think the does help thou , I put on my lower back for pain and on my temples where my migraine throbs,I put on my bfs feet to massage and I think it relaxed him too-Jus be careful when u put in in ur hair/ head mines got sticky....Washes off nice

I have had severe cramps for the past 17years and nothing worked for an extended period of time. Tablets stopped and different exercises didn't help at all. I was skeptical at first to try but this product really works!! For my pre menstrual cramps it works in less than 5mins. For my menstrual cramps I still need to supplement it with a tablet (instead of the 2 I usually have to take) and again within minutes the pain is significantly less and sometimes gone completely. This product has truly changed my life. So no more missing days from work or laying in bed all day. I've gotten some of my life back.

I like that for once I don't have to take a pill... It just absorbs into your skin. Dries at a good speed. Not sticky. Scent is nice, not too overpowering. Magnesium has many benefits, more than is even listed for this product. Does it cure pms, no, but it eases it. Worth the money, and it lasts.

Seems to help ease a lot of the tension that I carry in my abdomen, which in turn lessens my pain.

I wanted to like this but put a tiny bit on before bed and actually had to go get up and shower it off. Way too much of everything.
