I have been looking for a game like Ruse that was on the PS3, hoping for a sequel or at least a game like it. Sudden Strike 4 brings the heat, has a bit of a learning curve to get the vehicles, infantry, and tanks to move where you want them to. Tow, unload, moving groups in and out of structures and buildings etc can be a little frustrating sometimes, a zoom feature would have been a nice edition here. You can capture supply depots, you do not need to build them. You can call in air support etc. I am only partially through the first few single player campaigns which i had to redo them because I kept getting wiped out. Once you get a better feel for the controls, it gets slightly easier. The AI is rough, it's pretty smart, i have been outfoxed several times. Overall i am very pleased with the purchase, i would recommend if you are into RTS war games. Multiplayer has some issues of dropouts in the waiting lobby so far i have seen, but i haven't invested much time in MP just yet. It is nothing a patch can't fix up. UPDATE: I am way further into the single player campaign now, and i want to say, once you learn all the controls, it is excellent. There is a zoom feature FYI the R1 button with the right stick on PS4. Once you know how to command your army correctly, it's more enjoyable, the buttons are a breeze once you get the hang of them. I am going to purchase all DLC available when released. I would rate 8.5/10 would rate a 10 if the multiplayer was a bit better. Difficult to play compared to the RTS games I’m used to. Unit grouping is a b**** and stopping to fuel and resupply adds a layer of complexity, but also slows everything down so much.
