Review: Double check your seal length. 4764 is used on same transmission. - National is a great brand. The 4765 is high quality like I expected. Unfortunately I needed 4764. They have the same inner and outer diameter. The 4764 seal doesn't stick out as far and doesn't have a weep hole. Double check the length of your original seal before ordering. My 2004 crown vic uses 4764 but could have been either one. I ordered to quick before double checking :p

**Q: Is this for a automatic transmission**
A: This is just a seal it could be used for many applications you will need to look it up to verify fitment for your particular use, My application was as a rear tail shaft seal of the drive shaft yoke to the spline of the output shaft on an automatic transmission on a 2007 Ford E150 van with a 4R75E 4 speed Automatic in it. Hope this helps

National is a great brand. The 4765 is high quality like I expected. Unfortunately I needed 4764. They have the same inner and outer diameter.
