Bought this and performed a coolant flush and the truck stayed nice and cool all the way to the top of an 11,000ft pass, running 45 mph the whole way up. Definitely recommend. Installation is easy, includes everything needed. I put some teflon tape on the fittings for the transmission cooler and engine oil cooler just to prevent leakage. Perfect radiator at a good price. Review: Good radiator...except... - Good looking radiator, quality construction, fit perfectly in my Chevy C2500 7.4L. Only one problem, MANUFACTURERS NEED TO QUIT PUTTING THE EXTRA ADAPTER FITTINGS LOOSE IN THE BOX!!! I had to order FOUR radiators before I got one that had not been damaged. There are 2 fittings about as big as your thumb in a little plastic bag that is just tossed in the box. The first three radiators had damage not only to the fins but the tubes as well due these fittings rattling around during shipping. Of course desertcart was great about the return and quickly got a good one to me.
