This pump saved my supply.
NGL at first I thought this pump was garbage. Well turns out I was putting the seal on wrong and my smarty pants husband showed me how to properly put the seal on and this bad boy doesn’t leak anymore! I’ve been using the Paruu pump for about 3 months now. I use a spectra s1 pump on occasion at night and early am. This portable pump delivers similar suction and I can produce the same amount of breast milk if not more. Next this bad boy is not noticeable to the eye. Most people don’t even know I’m wearing it at work, the only thing that gives it away is the pump noise. You’ll get a lot of, “what’s that noise?” With their eyes darting everywhere but your boobs. That being said it is on the louder side, but that doesn’t bother me at all. This pump times out at like 20 minutes I believe. I only pump for about 20 or less. This pump hasn’t died on me yet while pumping, because I’m on top of charging it after the second session, but I think I could get a third pump out of it but I’m not risking it. It does have a nice let down function when you turn it on for about a minute and then it goes to regular pumping and you can adjust the setting easily by using the plus or minus. I noticed if I have it at a level 2 or 3 my nipple starts to get shooting pain so I leave it at 1 most of the time. It’s fairly easy to clean. It’s small enough to pack in a large purse or small lunch bag. I find it super convenient that they give you multiple flange size adapters. Overall, best and most affordable portable pump on the market. Most of my friends use a momcozy and the number one complaint I hear is that it leaks and it’s bulky on top. The next most common one I hear about is the Willow and Elvie, but both are ridiculously priced. As a float stepdown/ICU nurse who doesn’t have the time to sit and pump this thing saved my supply for a fraction of the cost that most higher market portable pumps run. Last thing I’ll add is that for me the best bra to wear with the Paruu is a nice supportive sports bra. Good luck mamas!

This pump helped me find my flange size thanks to their inserts!
So mom's or mom's to be, this pump is the best, most affordable wearable pump out there! I decorate cakes and I'm able to lift, squat, and walk without leakage. If you bend over it does leak ( like any other pump). It's been useful in many ways at work, but perhaps the most useful is getting my work done without putting everything on hold to pump.Another great thing, the multiple inserts have let me see which size fits me best which has increased my output drastically! Ive been confused on how to size my nipples for my pumps and have always felt slight pain when pumping. Well this pump has 3 sizes (25mm, 21mm, and 17mm) included and a card that lets you size yourself! I found out I'm actually a 17mm on one side and a 19mm on the other lol. Also, since finding my size there is no pain when I pump! The Paruu pump comes with a LOT of little pieces. They give you multiple replacement parts for your pump, 2 chargers (only 1 is pictured), inserts, bottle caps, etc. That being said, the downside to the pump is a lot of parts to clean but it's relatively easy to clean them all, just a bit tedious. Its simple to put back together as well. The bottle piece is a little hard to clean because it has deep corners that my bottle brush cannot reach. But after a little extra effort it's possible. The battery life is decent and what you would expect with a portable pump. I charge them once a day just like I charge my phone so I think that's a win/win. They haven't died at work and I work 12-14 hour days at a time if that is a good reference for anyone. It does makes some noise that would be noticable in a very quiet setting, but not noticeable in a somewhat talkative setting. Amongst me and 2 other coworkers talking they don't notice that I'm pumping until it gets quiet and they listen and ask lol.Probably the best thing about these, they allow me more time with my family. We can go have family days, out to eat, I can drop my son off at school with these on as well! I'm able to pump AND wash dishes or do laundry which eases my stress because I know housework will get done now. They're very reliable and it's been a month, maybe more, that I've had these with little to no problems.I highly recommend!

Pleasantly surprised!
Update 9/14 (using it 2x/day during the week): duckbill valve replacements currently unavailable. Will try to order from a different brand and hope for the best…I’ve been using these for a month now at work (two pumping session per week day) and they’ve been great, especially for the price.I use a spectra at home if needed and have a similar output, if not more. It has two modes and five suction levels (usually use level 2 and that’s enough for me). There are a lot of parts to clean so I got a second set of containers, connector parts, valves, and backsplash protectors so I don’t have to clean anything at work. I just wipe down the flanges with a breast pump cleaning wipe and reuse for the afternoon pump.I can use it for four sessions before needing to charge it again. Sometimes if the connector piece is not properly inserted, it doesn’t suck and I have to take it apart and reinsert it.Seems like 4.5 oz is the max the container will hold without spilling and I have to sit up straight (leaned forward once and it leaked a little). It’s a little loud tbh so it’s not suited for discrete pumping. Otherwise I really like it!
