Q: What other pieces or accesories would I need to use this mask? the cushion and head strap only?

Hello,You will need the face cushion, which comes in different sizes, the head gear and clips finally, the face mask frame . I purchased all pieces separately and was cheaper ten buying a fully assembled one.

Q: Is there a hose adapter or attachment that can be used to fit with 15mm hoses?

There is a special short hose that connects to the standard hose and has a very convenient quick release that couples to the mask. One can simply release the hoses and move around and come back to reconnect with minimum effort!

Q: Does this frame fit the minimal contact cushion?

I would think so. Tried it on the Large, Med, and Small masks and it fit all of them.

Q: is this returnable if it doesn't fit?

Is what returnable? You would have to contact the vendor.
