I tried to ring them using their contact number on the website but it rang with a warbled ring tone three or four times and cut out. NOT RECOMMENDED. I have cultivated tibicos water for years, occasionally renewing the old stock. I bought these and they do not activate. Not only does the QR code on the packet not work, their Web page does not open; but the grains simply disintegrate on the sugar solution for activating them. Utter waste of money. Disgraceful.
