After a comparison I chose the other portable speaker with the better light display, just because I was buying it for my young daughter who I felt would appreciate the light display over the sound quality. We play music through a Bose speaker or TV and use the kareoke machine for just the mics which works really well. The customer service is excellent too, very friendly, quick and helpful. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ great karaoke machine however… *by ㅤ***ㅤ on 17 April 2024* I want to preface this by saying I absolutely love this karaoke machine. Although it’s a budget alternative to some other karaoke machines, it did not disappoint! The package includes the speaker, 2 mics, a power cable and a manual. The speaker itself is very portable and easy to carry around so you can have karaoke sessions anywhere! the speaker also features fun and colourful lighting effects which really adds to the whole vibe. My only issue with the machine is that at one point it would only connect to 1 microphone at a time. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful and kind and advised me to power both mics on and off rapidly 3 times and they would enter pairing mode. This worked and helped resolve my issue so I would rate customer service a 10/10. Also as this is a “budget” speaker, the sound quality is good but not the best so don’t expect it to have deep bass or outstanding quality like a JBL.
