I have a 2 yr old coonhound who loves to bark to get let inside. She really only needs a beep as a warning to stop. I had been looknig for a replacement bc the previous was died. This was a good price and seemed like what I was looking for. It has beep, vibrate and shock options, all of which have different intensities. It was extremely easy to set up and use.There is a safety lock on the remote device prohibiting any accidental zaps. The collar itself can be worn for daily use as the metal prods can be removed. The unit in its entirety is waterproof and can remain on in such conditions. On a full charge from day 1 and the receiver is still operating strong on the 5th day. This dog training collar with remote up to 1300ft control range，which is good for my doggy, also, it does boast 10 days of use on a single charge. The battery life is fantastic. The remote has a lock feature which is also great, but no power off button. It does auto-shut-off after sometime however.
