Expiration date on bottle was May, 2022. I keep it stored in a cool dry place and it's still good so I would guess shelf life depends on date of manufacture but probably is at least a year, more if you keep it cool and out of direct sunlight. **Q: Is 365 Olive Oil a california product?** A: NoI don’t think it is a California product. It contains Mediterranean oil from different origines: Spain, Tunisian, Greece, Italian etc. According to the taste (in the 3-4 batches that I got) I’m almost sure it’s Tunisian olive oil, which is the world's largest exporter of olive oil. Very good taste. Can go either on salads or for cooking.
