Omg! Let me start by saying this machine is everything! I have very sensitive skin but I really wanted a PMD. That price was just not working with my budget, so after careful searching I found this beauty. I've had it a few weeks and needed to exfoliate and clear my pores. Wow! Now it did take me a second to figure out the directions but after that, it was a go. I was shocked by the power of this baby and impressed with the different levels. Also, it cuts itself off after 10 minutes. My face was so soft and smooth. I actually wiped my skin off to get rid of that first layer of dead skin, yep you can see it and went over my face again. Love it!!

Nice machine, removes yuckie stuff, but must be careful when using it, to avoid over stressing your skin. Also I would suggest to watch YouTube videos on how to use it without stretching your skin since this machine has a vacuum function. This is a good price for the product you get. And yes I am a real amazon shopper, leaving real review!

This product is a great value. Works fine, comes with a lot of options, and is easy to use. It can be laborsome to set up and also the “diamond” heads have dulled to almost not being useable. All in all it is a great price.

The diamond dermabrasion attachments are where it's at! Great suction, that forces the abrasive tip across the surface of the skin, while the sucking power removes oil.

I am pleasantly surprised by the amount of power this little device has. I have used it twice so far and I can see the difference in the pores on my nose already. You can see that they are clean. The exfoliating tip is an added bonus. My topical acne treatment (rx) makes my skin so dry. The exfoliating tip took off all of the dead skin and made my face so smooth in the process. Really happy to have given this thing a chance and it's half the price of similar machines on Amazon. Good deal.

Let me start off by saying that this is the first product that has ever helped me with terrible blackheads on my nose. I've always had a terrible relationship with my skin due to excessive blackheads and large pores that would just never go away no matter the type of treatment I used and would make my makeup look flaky. It's safe to say now that this blackhead remover is a life saver and works so well for me.

Ok, I like the machine, had to watch a video on YouTube how to assemble it, because there are so many parts and even smaller parts- but it really sucks well. (Lol) and that's on setting 1. Plenty of filters. The directions could be in proper English, but all and all I am very satisfied with the product.
