In addition the videos available help to located muscle groups and create an exercise plan that facilitates improvement. I am recovering from hip surgery and was in excruciating pain. My therapist encouraged me to use this tool daily to release the right muscles and relax the nerves. Takes a few tries to get used to but the relief I feel has made it so worth the effort.

After feeling salty about global manufacturing practices and dishonest companies for a few hours, I had a self righteous moment of "I'm writing an angry letter, I'm sure THAT will show them" and did just that. I received a quick response from the owner; evidently some of their early models were produced abroad, and I received one of these items (They've since moved production to Ohio). The owner was super responsive and very applogetic. 5/5 customer service, seems like a solid small business and not (as I was concerned) someone deliberately trying to mislead customers. I used to work in a Sports Medicine setting, I've used a lot of exercise and recovery equipment, and it's really difficult to find domestically manufactured stuff that I'm not priced out of. Happy to have found a company to keep in mind for future purchases! ------ One of the reasons I purchased this over the competition is that it's heavily marketed as "made in the USA." Lo and behold, it's literally stamped "China" on the bottom. I try to buy domestic when I can, so this false advertising was pretty disappointing. Function: Works just as well as the "name brand" psoas release board, the adjustability is nice for those with narrow or wider hips. Appearance: It arrived loose in a box and the plastic was a bit scuffed up. Not a big deal, it doesn't impact function, just one of those early distribution kinks I'm guessing the company will sort out over time.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not "adjustable to every body"

Nooo! I'm so disappointed. I just got this today. Firstly, it took quite a long time to receive. I ordered it at the same time as several other items and it was the last to arrive by a week. I purchased it because my ex had a similar product that I used frequently and was really missing. I decided to buy my own and chose this one because of its ability to break down into smaller parts. His did not to that and I hated how inconvenient it was to store and travel with. However, even in its closest setting the peaks are too far apart! They sit right on my bones as opposed to the meat. My favorite way to use these is to stretch the SI joints in my hips. I'm going to have to return mine as it just doesn't work the same when the "meat grinders" sit so far away from the spine. It looks sturdy. It condenses nicely. The price was right. But I do not recommend for women with a smaller frame. If it helps they measure 5 inches apart center to center and my measurements are 27in (waist) and 31.5 inches (hips). I would say my size or smaller just pass.
