Review: Works great! - The secret is to get an ACTUAL DeWalt industrial grade Lithium-ion 20v battery (drill-driver). There are many aftermarket fake DeWalt looking cheap-o batteries out there. (way under $100) THEY WON"T LAST! They are NOT lithium even though the covering says they are. They are painted yellow and marked to look like DeWalt Lithium batteries. . Very poor quality. Cheap Non Lithiums inside. (Nickel) Get an actual DeWalt Lithium charger too. My vacuum now runs three times as long. It also recharges in 20- 30 minutes! There are thermo shut off sensors on the motor that will kill an overheated motor. Don't run your Dyson on MAX. The motor gets too hot and shuts down. Dyson is a great concept but uses cheap components unfortunately. Installing battery conversion holder was easy.
